The KC Group are working with a leading Global Manufacturing company based In the Solihull area who are recruiting for a full-time permanent Customer Service Coordinator.As Customer Service Coordinator, you will report into the Customer Service Manager, ensuring that customers are provided with the upmost level of customer service. The role offers hybrid working and flexible hours across a 37.5 hour working week. Occasional travel maybe required as part of the role to other sites in the UK and sometimes internationally for training/development.To be considered for the Customer Service Coordinator role:路Experience In a similar role/high end customer services role.路Experience with SAP software.路Ability to prioritise and manage workload confidently.Key Information about the Customer Service Coordinator role:路First point of contact for customers queries and concerns.路Investigate customer complaints.路Responding to quotation requests.路Processing orders in a timely and efficient manner.路Keeping customer database accurate and up to date.路Working alongside a number of key stakeholders across the business including account managers, finance quality and suppliers.路Adhering to all company guideline and procedures.Key Information about the Customer Service Coordinator role:路Full time permanent role.路Hybrid working, 3 days in and 2 days from home.路Salary of 拢28-32k per annum.路Flexible working available.路Company pension scheme.To apply for this role please submit your CV and will be in touch.For more information on the role or to apply for this role please contact Reiss on .
