About Our Client: Our client is a leading property management company committed to providing exceptional service to their residents. Their team is dedicated to maintaining high standards and ensuring that our properties are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Position: Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Answer Calls and Emails: Be the first point of contact for residents and contractors. Handle inquiries, direct calls, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Issue Resolution: Address minor requests such as light bulb replacements or window cleaner appointments efficiently.
  • Work Orders: Create and manage work orders for repairs and maintenance tasks. Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaison with Contractors: Communicate with contractors to obtain quotes, provide updates to residents, and manage repair schedules.
  • Mail Distribution: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring accurate distribution within the property.
  • Work Log Maintenance: Maintain a detailed log of all works issued, tracking progress to ensure timely resolution.
  • Correspondence: Draft and send letters to residents regarding property updates, maintenance schedules, and other relevant information.
  • Paperless Transition: As we transition away from paper-based processes, assist in digitising records and minimizing paperwork.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks based on severity and urgency.
  • Proficiency in using email, phone systems, and office software.
