Position: Field Care Supervisor

Salary: £13.50 per hour
Bright Dawn Home Care is seeking a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our team.

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to oversee care operations, conduct spot checks, competencies, and care plan reviews, as well as provide hands-on care to clients. This role will involve a combination of office-based and fieldwork responsibilities, including the scheduling of rotas.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular spot checks, competencies, and care plan reviews with carers and clients
- Scheduling and managing staff rotas
- Participate in on-call duties for one week, every three weeks
- Collaborate with the Senior Care Assistant, Deputy Manager, and Director
- Provide direct care services to clients when needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care work, with some supervisory or scheduling responsibilities
- Ability to schedule and manage staff rotas effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards clients and colleagues
- Willingness to work flexibly, both in the office and out in the field
