Red Recruitment is recruiting a IT Project Manager in Solihull or Kidderminster to join our client, a leading IT and Telecoms managed service company. The salary for this position is 40,000 per annum and contains many benefits.

- Salary: 40,000 per annum
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Location: Solihull
- 3 days office, 2 days home (you can work in the Kiddiminster or Solihull office)

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Resolutions Agent:
- Plan, initiate and manage projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Lead project teams and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Monitor project progress and performance against key metrics
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Resolutions Agent:
- The successful candidate must have a flexible approach to work, excellent communication & PC skills (familiarity with MS Office 365 packages)
- A professional approach to team and customer relationships
- Prince2 or Agile would be an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision making skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop and willing to go the extra mile
- Reliable and approachable
