Are you ready to make a real difference? Reed are pleased to be supporting a leading non-profit organisation in recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the Senior Management Team. This is a full- time permanent role and you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our senior leaders across the entire organisation. Here’s what the role entails:

  1. Administrative Support for Meetings:
    • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and reports.
    • Take accurate minutes during meetings and create action plans.
    • Chase action items to ensure timely completion.
  2. Diary Management:
    • Provide 1:1 diary management for senior leaders.
  3. Report Preparation:
    • Thoroughly proofread and format board and committee reports.
    • Submit reports to the Governance Team within required deadlines.
  4. Research and Information Presentation:
    • Conduct basic research as requested by the Senior Leadership Team.
    • Present information in an appropriate format.
  5. Positive Attitude and Collaboration:
    • Respond positively to administrative requests from senior leaders.
    • Collaborate with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience providing accurate and timely administrative support to senior managers.
  • Experience supporting at Director level on a 1:1 basis.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage workloads.
  • A cooperative team player with a flexible mindset.
  • Clean driving license and access to a car for flexible working.
