Job Title: Receptionist

Paying: £12.00 per hour

Duration: Temporary Starting ASAP for 4-6 weeks.

Hours: 4 days a week

Monday & Thursday 09.00 - 17.30

Tuesday 08.00 - 16.30

Friday 09.00 - 17.00

Location: Shirley, Solihull - free onsite car parking

Are you an experienced Receptionist with excellent front of house skills?

Enjoy meeting and greeting and answering the telephone?

Available immediately or ASAP?

Key Duties:

Meeting and greeting visitors.
Answering the telephone, fielding calls and taking messages
Making refreshments
Being a first point of call on a corporate front of house
Preparing meeting rooms
Minor administration duties
Preparing the post for despatch

Key Skills/Experience Required:

Previous Receptionist experience
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable in meeting and greeting visitors.
