The role has matrix management responsibilities.

Drives the stakeholder (customer) relationships within programme

**** To be considered for this position applicants MUST HAVE very strong ERP experiencer, my client needs to see evidence of ERP implementations and rollouts ****

Owns the origination goal

Responsible for the cost, schedule and KPI performance of all programmes

Understands existing related programmes, evangelises, tactically plans and executes steps as necessary to drive adoption of the programme.

Works with programme governance body, assigned stakeholders and Steering Committees to communicate and drive the strategy of the programmes intent and delivery

Directs all phases of programme from inception through to completion

Establishes and monitors programme milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules with assistance from the programme governance body.

Candidates need to be able to demonstrate

At least 5 years' experience of programme or complex project management in a technology environment with a proven track record of delivery

Has delivery experience of large/complex programmes more than £10 million

Management of project-based matrix-organized, multi-cultural teams of more than 20 personnel

Proven experience of applying structured Agile project management PRINCE 2

Extensive experience of managing third party suppliers/vendors to achieve programme objectives

Ability to develop excellent working relationships with both internally and externally to effectively service the requirements and needs of stakeholders and users.

Firm grasp of programme risk management

Compliant with programme documentation quality

Can own issues and resolve problems with escalation as

Ability to extrapolate strategy into tactical delivery

Strong understanding of business processes across functions such as finance, supply chain, operations and logistics.

Efficient personal organisational, prioritisation and time management

Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, communication and working relationship abilities including ability to interpret and communicate programme matters at General Manager and C-suite level.

Ability to communicate (translate) technical information to a non-technical audience

Practical analytical and problem-solving
