Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Location: South Harting (commutable from Petersfield, Midhurst, Liphook, Haslemere and surrounding areas)
Salary: £14.50 - 15.80 per hour depending on experience
Hours: 28 hours Monday to Thursday

Acting as the first point of contact, you’ll ensure the smooth running of front-of-house operations while providing vital administrative and organisational support behind the scenes. This is a hands-on and varied role in a calm, professional, and wellness-driven environment — perfect for someone who enjoys making a positive difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone
- Manage bookings, enquiries, and follow-ups via email, phone, and systems
- Maintain a calm, tidy, and inviting reception area
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Support practitioners with schedules, documentation, and daily preparation - managing three diaries daily
- Order and manage clinic and office supplies as needed
- Assist in coordinating therapies and client sessions
- Process payments and issue invoices and receipts accurately
- Record transactions, maintain petty cash, and support basic financial reporting
- Contribute to smooth day-to-day operations, including closing procedures
Skills and Knowledge
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills – clear, articulate, and empathetic
- Proficient using office and scheduling software
- Professional, reliable, and discreet
- Friendly and team-oriented, with a genuine interest in health and wellbeing
- Happy working in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits
