A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Accountant to join a not-for-profit charity with years of experience in the education sector – start date ASAP.
Financial Accountant role:
- Financial Accountant Salary: £65k-£75k, 6-month FTC.
- Hybrid working arrangements.
- Must be experienced Financial Accountant with strong reconciliation skills.
- Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- The preparation of monthly management accounts for the federation head office departments.
- Clear a back log of discrepancies.
- Identifying and evaluating opportunities for improving value for money.
- Produce supporting documentation to support with audit.
- Support the Project Accountant to achieve a successful year end.
- ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Ideally have practice/audit background.
- Finance experience within education.
- Enhanced DBS.
