Sales Representative

Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a knack for sales? CNC Recruitment is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our well-known client in South Somerset area.

In this role, you'll take charge of initiating outbound calls to potential customers, promoting company'sproducts and services. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, product knowledge dissemination, delivering compelling sales pitches, and achieving or surpassing set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls:Reach out to potential customers to introduce them to our products and services.
• Lead Generation:Skilfully identify and qualify leads by engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.
• Product Knowledge:Become a product expert! You'll master our product range, understanding their specs, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate their value.
• Sales Pitch:Craft persuasive sales pitches tailored to each customer, highlighting how our product solutions can meet their unique requirements.
• Achievement of Targets:Thrive on surpassing targets and KPIs related to call volume, conversion rates, and generated visits.
• Data Management:Keep our CRM system updated with accurate customer information and sales activities for seamless follow-up.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to exchange insights and refine our sales strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and connect with customers over the phone.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Self-motivated and resilient in the face of challenges.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
