Job Overview:
We are delighted to represent our client in offering an opportunity to join their dynamic team as a Director Personal Assistant. This pivotal role entails providing comprehensive administrative support to the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of a diversified organization that encompasses multiple brands dedicated to transforming the property and legal sectors through innovative digital solutions. With a base in South Shields and a presence in Teesside, Derby, and Cardiff, this position requires a candidate who is not only detail-oriented and highly organized but also possesses the ability to travel between branches, ensuring seamless executive operations across the board.

Your Mission: In your role, you will be instrumental in managing the Group Managing Director's and CEO's calendars, meticulously organizing and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Your responsibilities will extend to handling communications, including screening phone calls and coordinating correspondences. You will also manage event logistics, such as conferences and seminars, ensuring that all arrangements are flawlessly executed. The role demands a high level of precision in drafting and proofreading documents, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. Additionally, you will support the executive in various compliance and quality standards duties, contributing significantly to the strategic and operational excellence of the organization.


Key Competencies:

  • Proven Experience: Previous role as a Personal Assistant at a senior level is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Organizational Prowess: Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Confidentiality: Must maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Shorthand and/or a Secretarial Diploma.


Offer Details:

  • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Location: This role requires regular travel between our offices located in South Shields, Teesside, Derby, and Cardiff. It is office-based with an option for partial remote work.
  • Terms: Full-time, Permanent.
