Due to continued growth and reinvestment, there is a new opportunity for a skilled and experienced Quality Inspector to join their team.Duties:
- Conduct manual quality inspection using standard inspection/checking equipment such as Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gauges, and Shadow Graph
- Operate both manual and CNC Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) with PC-DMIS
- FAIRs
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards
Hours of Work:
- 40 hours per week
- 4 nights per week (10 hour shifts)
- Flexible start times, typically 5pm - 3am
- Night shift premium 1.25x standard rate
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Quality Inspector, particularly in mechanical quality inspection
- Familiarity with FAIRs
- CMM operation experience (PC DMIS software ideally)
- CMC Programming experience would be ideal but not essential
- Background in precision engineering and component manufacturing
- Knowledge of Aerospace industry standards such as AS9100
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a small team environment
