Management Accountant

We are working exclusively with a growing manufacturing start-up with ambitious plans for the future in their search for a talented and experienced Management Accountant to join the team and play a pivotal role in their success.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare, analyse, and interpret financial data to support informed decision-making by the CFO and senior management.
• Manage the full accounting cycle, from processing accounts payable/receivable to preparing financial statements and reports.
• Develop and maintain internal accounting systems and controls.
• Oversee the month-end closing process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Manage cash flow and provide recommendations for optimising financial health

To be successful, you will have:

• At least two years experience in a manufacturing accounting role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for manufacturing and a desire to contribute to the growth of a start-up.
