Trainee Banking Administrator

At Thomas and Dessain we are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading fund administration provider based in Southampton. They are looking for a Trainee Banking Admin to join there ever-growing team at their Southampton office. This company is known for it's fantastic staff, efficient procedures/process and innovative technology; they provide a world class service to private capital asset managers and investors.

What you’ll be doing

· Responsible for the administration of platforms used by this company specifically for their banking

· Using the banking platforms to set up user access and signatures for internal and external clients

· Maintaining the banking user and authoriser access logs with precision and attention to detail

· Liaise with internal and external admin teams using required communication methods to solve issues and queries

· Be responsible for monitoring email ticketing and being able to prioritise banking requests

· Be involved and assist in the teams monthly reporting (SLA)

· Perform banking reconciliations
