This position is pivotal in driving lead generation initiatives and providing robust marketing support, with a focus on identifying and implementing innovative lead generation tools and strategies. The role encompasses a range of responsibilities, from executing targeted cold and warm outreach to managing existing leads and handling inquiries across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, and communication tools like WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Spearheading efforts to generate new leads.
  • Exploration of Lead Generation Tools: Identifying and assessing new tools for lead generation.
  • Marketing Support: Providing assistance for marketing projects and their implementation.
  • Pipeline Management: Conducting individual pipeline calls with the Strategic Group and preparing weekly pipeline reports.
  • Targeted Outreach: Initiating cold calls to uncontacted companies and nurturing warm leads.
  • Lead Resurrection: Reviving dormant leads and tenders.
  • Inquiry Management: Distributing web and inbox inquiries efficiently.
  • Platform Maintenance: Overseeing the upkeep of various platforms including LinkedIn, Salesforce, and WhatsApp groups.
  • Strategic Business Opportunities: Identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
  • Appointment Setting: Arranging external appointments and discovery calls for the Executive Sales Team and Directors.
  • Salesforce Management: Ensuring comprehensive utilisation of Salesforce CRM and managing user issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generating and analysing reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Wish Lists: Compiling and utilising wish lists of high-profile businesses provided by Sales Directors.
