A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the New Forest near Southampton for a Sous Chef to work in the kitchen at this luxury hotel. The restaurant serves seasonal and locally sourced fresh produce and prepares meals for restaurant as well as weddings/functions. The Head Chef is looking for a Sous with passion and enthusiasm to help him run the kitchen and manage junior chefs.

The Role
- Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
- Encouraging and developing Junior Chefs
- Preparing meals for the restaurant and weddings/functions
- Running service in Head Chefs
The Person
- You will already be a Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous from a fine dining Hotel/Restaurant
- Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
- Steady Career History
