Position:Weekend Chef
Location:Probation Centre
Hours:Saturdays and Sundays, 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for staff and residents at the probation centre
• Work independently in the kitchen
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience as a chef de partie (CDP) or upwards
• Basic DBScertificate required
• Availability to work weekends

Job Type: Temporary contract

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Southampton, SO15 5DJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• CDP Chef: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (required)
