Role Summary:

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales force in the Southern Counties. This pivotal position as Regional Sales Manager will involve enhancing our market presence and driving the performance of our regional showrooms. The successful Regional Sales Manager will employ expert leadership skills to mentor and drive our team of Sales Designers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • As Regional Sales Manager, lead and develop a team of Sales Designers, enhancing their sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Organise and conduct regional sales meetings to create team cohesion and performance.
  • Oversee lead allocation, sales activities, orders, and outcomes as Regional Sales Manager, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Spearhead recruitment and induction of new team members, integrating them into our culture of success.

What We Offer:
  • An attractive On-target Earnings (OTE) package of £80,000 to £85,000, including a competitive basic salary of £40k.
  • Uncapped additional earning potential through Team Override, based on the performance of your sales team, and Personal Commission on your own sales.
  • Comprehensive benefits include pension scheme enrollment, generous holiday allowances, and a commitment to your long-term success and well-being within the company.
  • A company car and fuel card, essential for a Regional Sales Manager travelling across the territory.

  • Exhibits exceptional leadership qualities, with prior management experience in a similar role being highly advantageous.
  • Possesses strong organisational skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire a team towards achieving challenging targets.
  • Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, essential for delivering bespoke solutions and enhancing our clients’ experiences.
