Coach and mentor apprentices on the Level 5 Ops Management programme
Deliver engaging, tailored sessions via virtual classroom and 1-to-1 coaching
Guide learners through their portfolio and towards End-Point Assessment (EPA)
Regularly track learner progress and liaise with employers
Promote leadership, communication, and performance management skills aligned with industry standards

What You’ll Need:

Relevant management qualification (ILM/CMI Level 5 or equivalent)
A teaching/assessing qualification (A1/CAVA/PTLLS or equivalent)
Experience coaching or mentoring apprentices (ideally in Operational/Leadership Management)
Strong communication and organisation skills
Familiarity with e-portfolios and remote delivery
