- Coach and mentor apprentices on the Level 5 Ops Management programme
- Deliver engaging, tailored sessions via virtual classroom and 1-to-1 coaching
- Guide learners through their portfolio and towards End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- Regularly track learner progress and liaise with employers
- Promote leadership, communication, and performance management skills aligned with industry standards
- Relevant management qualification (ILM/CMI Level 5 or equivalent)
- A teaching/assessing qualification (A1/CAVA/PTLLS or equivalent)
- Experience coaching or mentoring apprentices (ideally in Operational/Leadership Management)
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Familiarity with e-portfolios and remote delivery
- Up to £48,000 salary
