Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a fast-growing technology business with offices located across the UK and they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor.

Due to ongoing business growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Call Handler to support our busy call centre.

  • Answering incoming calls, ensuring excellent customer service throughout
  • Carry out other adhoc administrative duties as required
  • Directing calls to the relevant departments or passing on messages
  • Logging customer call outs into the company's service system
  • Building rapport with customers by being professional, helpful and flagging any customer concerns with the team
  • Updating and maintaining customer records

Skills & Experience:* Previous experience within a customer service or call centre environment essential* Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever changing environment* An eye for detail, taking pride in your work and willing to go the extra mile to ensure quality* Good understanding of Outlook and IT/database systems
