Job Title: Registered Manager - Home Care
Location: Southampton
Salary: £37,537.94

We are currently looking for an ambitious, driven and caring Registered Manager to lead our well established Home Care Team based in Southampton, who have been rated "Good" with CQC, hold an "Excellent" rating with Southampton City Council and have 9.8/10 customer satisfaction score with Homecare.co.uk.
The Role

Do you know how to run team checks and mentor staff?

Have you worked with outside agencies to support the safety of your clients?

Run day to day operation of the sites
Have you been in charge through a CQC Inspection
Can you provide practical support to the team.

Do you…
Have a fantastic background in Domiciliary Care?
Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Have a strong understanding of delivering person-centered care at a high level
