Job Description
Job Title: Electrician
Location: Southhampton
Job Purpose
We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join our thriving Planned works in Plymouth. We cover the Devon area and specialise in delivering a variety of capital projects, including retrofit (energy efficiency measures), planned kitchen and bathroom upgrades and various part to full refurbishment projects primarily within the residential, education and private/commercial sectors.

The Electrician role:
- Undertaking installation and maintenance work within the commercial sector and social housing domestic settings, covering the Devon and Cornwall areas.
- Commercial work to include working with cable trays, armoured cable and trunking.
- You will be working towards weekly productivity targets based on property completion
Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment in occupied properties.
What will you bring as an Electrician?
- Qualified to an NVQ 3 level as an Electrician, or similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds), with an 18th Edition certificate, which is essential.
- Qualified specifically with the Test and Inspect qualification is desirable, although not essential.
- Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenant's homes within Social Housing settings.
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role, with use of a company van and fuel card.
