We are currently recruiting a branch CSC Coordinator, to provide administrative support to the manager. The main purpose of the role us to plan and organise engineer jobs in line with internal and external customer needs in line with service excellence and agreed SLA, support the management with pro-active approach to increase utilisation within your designated areas.

You’ll have a sound working knowledge of MS Office and administration experience. It would be advantageous if you held. You’ll use these skills to deal with a varied workload and consistently working to timeframes, so being highly organised with a keen eye for detail is essential. This role involves lots of teamwork – so good interpersonal skills are key. At times, you'll work unsupervised, so you’ll need the initiative to tackle problems and make decisions. If you’re also self-motivated and able to handle sensitive information discreetly, we’d like to hear from you!

  • Strong administration skills gained within a customer service environment
  • Experience of working in a fast paced administrative/customer service role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
