If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales, this role maybe ideal for you! It will be a blend of contacting new business through leads and lapsed customers to generate appointments for the external technical sales teams and then completing internal sales duties – processing sales orders whilst maximising on all orders.

Our client is a global company who manufacture and provide a service to customers supporting their technical products. They have large scale contracts within Government, Education, Healthcare and public sector clients to name a few and is looking for a proactive person to join a very successful team to support with the selling of products that meet the clients project needs.

Duties will include

  • Daily calls to prospects to build and manage a lead pipeline.
  • Prospecting via cold calling, emailing, and social media networking.
  • Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria.
  • Conduct research for target accounts and identify key contacts for prospecting.
  • Provide weekly and monthly activity reports to management.
  • Enter and update CRM with lead status and progress.
  • Assist Internal Sales Co-Ordinator for with order entry as required

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience telesales/lead generation ideally
  • Ability to learn, understand and promote technical products and software.
  • Excellent communication skills in speaking, writing and listening.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM software
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms

Salary

  • £26,000 – £28,000

Working Hours

  • 8.30am-5.00pm – Full time
