Our client, a reputable organization based in the Hampshire/ Southampton boarder area, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced R & D Chemist. The ideal candidate will hold a 2:1 degree in chemistry, polymer science, materials, or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in adhesives, coatings, polymers, or similar fields.
The R & D Chemist will be responsible for driving ideas from initial stage through to final production, encompassing tasks such as literature review, collaboration with suppliers, and the ultimate development of products leading to manufacturing. Candidates possessing a PhD degree along with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
