Join our dynamic team as a Sub Agent and play a pivotal role in revolutionising infrastructure resurfacing.

As a Sub Agent, you'll oversee critical aspects of the project, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch quality throughout.

Outside IR35 - can pay CIS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with project managers to execute resurfacing plans effectively.
  • Manage on-site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Facilitate communication between different teams to optimize project efficiency.
  • Provide timely progress reports and address any issues that may arise promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction or infrastructure projects, with a focus on resurfacing preferred.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage teams and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication abilities to liaise with various stakeholders and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for efficient workflow management.
  • Commitment to safety standards and quality control protocols.
