Trainee Finance Administrator

Your new companyYou will be working for an expanding business in Southampton who are looking to hire a Trainee Finance Administrator.Your new role

• Responsible for the administration of banking platforms for our clients
• Setting up access and authorised signatories for clients on their banking platforms
• Maintain the banking access log.
• Liaise with the client facing admin teams, whether that be via telephone, email, team messages or in person, whenever situations or queries arise
• Monitor email ticketing tool and prioritise banking requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with the teams' monthly service level agreement (SLA) reporting.
• Perform regular banking platform reconciliation escalating any anomalies.
• Assist in appropriate projects that arise within the Client Operations department.
• Liaise with managers to resolve any queries.
• Monitoring changes to authorised signatory lists, adding and removing users' access as applicable.

What you'll need to succeed

• You must have full right-to-work in the UK, with prior UK experience working in finance / administration.
• Previous experience working in Administration, Finance or Banking
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Good written and verbal communication
• Good telephone manner
