My client is a well known firm who have many offices across the south and south west and who are looking to strengthen their offering. On offer here is a fantastic salary and benefits package associated with a professional Legal 500 firm that cares about its staff including above market salary, generous holiday entitlement, bonus paid monthly not quarterly or annually, pension scheme, life insurance, parking options and above all a really good supportive working environment. You will be the go-to person for the team and you will be hugely motivated to build up the firm's profile across the region. Advising on all aspects of Employment Law you will be handling both respondent and claimant side work and be open to  gentle business development and networking techniques. You will have trained and gained experience in a noted firm under the guidance of a partner who has given you experience of direct client contact. You will manage your own varied caseload and be up to date with all recent changes in Employment Law. Hampshire is a fantastic place to live and work. Applications from relocators will be considered however ideally you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live within a commutable distance of the office. It may be possible to consider someone working fully remotely from home also.
