Description
The Litigation Associate will be:
- Managing a varied caseload including contractual disputes, professional negligence, shareholder issues, and contested probate
- Working closely with clients to provide pragmatic and commercially sound advice
- Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management
- Contributing to team strategy and mentoring junior team members
Profile
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with ideally 4-8 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
- Skilled in managing their own caseload
- Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
