Description

The Litigation Associate will be:

  • Managing a varied caseload including contractual disputes, professional negligence, shareholder issues, and contested probate
  • Working closely with clients to provide pragmatic and commercially sound advice
  • Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management
  • Contributing to team strategy and mentoring junior team members

Profile

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with ideally 4-8 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
  • Skilled in managing their own caseload
  • Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach
