About the Role:As a Real Estate Development Associate Solicitor, you will work on a broad range of high-quality matters, including:
- Acting for major national and regional housebuilder clients on development projects
- Advising on development matters, landlord and tenant matters, flat lease extensions and block management
- Engaging in business development to attract new clients and grow your caseload
About You:To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Real Estate Development
- Strong technical expertise in development and landlord and tenant matters
- Experience in flat lease extensions and block management is advantageous
- Excellent client relationship skills and a proactive approach to business development
- Ambition, drive and a desire to progress in your legal career
