A very exciting opportunity has opened up at a highly ranked full-service transatlantic law firm for a Property Litigation Lawyer to expand their team in their Southampton office. You will be working with a team of specialist lawyers that are listed as leaders in their field.

You will be working very closely with their transactional Real Estate team so will have the opportunity to develop strong ties across the practice, as well as access to great quality work from their well-established high calibre client list.

The team advise a broad range of clients on all aspects of commercial property dispute resolution and property management.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience gained in property litigation.
  • Have excellent communication skills written and orally.
  • Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the market, its challenges and opportunities.
  • Have a sense of initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Able to work well within a team and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate.
  • Competent IT skills.
