Liberty Recruitment Group is excited to be supporting our client in the search for a Payroll Officer on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is based in Southampton.
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, your main responsibility will be to supporting with the processing of end-to-end monthly payroll for the organisation.
Some of your duties will include:
- Process monthly new starters, leavers, and salary changes
- Data entry on the payroll system
- BACS payment processing to HMRC for any deductions
- Processing pension payments, court orders & P11ds
- Assist with monthly payroll reports
- Provide support, advice, and assistance on matters of pay for employees
As an individual you will be motivated and hardworking, with strong IT skills including Excel, knowledge of GDPR, and previous experience within a Payroll position.
In return, you will receive, a salary of circa £25,000 plus some fantastic benefits including a great pension scheme and holiday entitlement!
