Service Design Lead

Role: Service Design LeadRate: £650 p/d Outside IR35Location: South Coast - AD hoc travelDuration: 3 months initial

We are looking for a Service Design Lead to facilitate design sprints for a financial services company. The main focus of this role is work closely with product to develop and prioritise a journey backlog to provide focus to the service design sprints.

Experience required:

• Previous experience as a Service Designer
• Experience facilitating and leading design sprints
• Experience within financial services
• Proven experience leading workshops with stakeholders
• Previous experience mapping the MVP to-be service
• A holistic approach that focuses on end-to-end experiences, including business processes, interactions, technology, and touchpoints experienced by customers, colleagues, and third parties.
• Previous experience of journey backlog development
