Change-IT are looking for a Telecoms Programme Manager to join a central government organisation based in Southampton.

This role is for 6 months initially, with an option to extend. This role is INSIDE IR35, with a daily rate up to 800 based on experience.

Experience Required/Duties:

• SC Clearance is essential for this role
• Previous Experience working within Central Government
• Experience withPublic Switched Telephone Network (PSTN)
• Expert in Telephony and Data Services
• Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
• Experience in keeping projects within budget
• Procurement and Contract Management
• Experience of preparing documentation and reporting throughout a project lifecycle
