A leading international electronics systems manufacturer is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of technical projects, overseeing planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with business objectives.

Skills required for the Project Manager role – Southampton:

  • Formal Project Management qualification and/or relevant industry experience

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience

  • Comfortable working in a highly regulated, technical environment

  • Understanding of technical project delivery and development lifecycle, including stage gates and engineering milestones

  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., project planning, earned value management)

  • Familiarity with UK procurement or electronics product environments desirable

  • Eligible to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance
