Procurement Officer

Page Personnel is exclusively partnered with a highly reputable business in Southampton who is looking for a Procurement Officer to join their team on a full time 3 month (minimum) contract. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring the multiple deadlines are met throughout the project.

Description

As the Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Working through POs of around 600 per month
• Speaking with suppliers
• Liaising with internal stake holders
• Liaising with accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely payment

Profile

In order to be considered for the Procurement Officer role, you must:

• Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
• Be immediately available or on short notice
• Ideally worked with Oracle ERP system
• Be able to multi task
• Be organised and have excellent attention to detail
