We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor based in Southampton. The business works across various sectors including high end residential, hotels and care homes with projects valuing up to 30mil. Projects are typically administered via JCT forms of contract and they have a growing presence on the South Coast with projects in Hampshire, Dorset and Surrey.

Due to an increased workload as we head into 2024, they're now looking to expand their commercial team and bring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor into the team. As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor, procuring and managing your own packages. You will work closely with the site teams to ensure projects are completed, maximising profitability and within time constraints.

In receive a salary of up to 40k + Package (negotiable dependent on experience) and the opportunity to be a part of a growing business with a strong pipeline of work and some really interesting schemes.
