We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor based in Southampton. The business works across commercial, high end residential, leisure and care home sectors with projects that typically value up to 30mil. Projects are administered via JCT forms of contract and are typically within an hours' radius of Southampton.
Due to a recent project win, they're now looking to bring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor into the team to work alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor on a busy project in the region. As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, procuring and managing various packages until final account on a 3 year project.
In return, they're offering a salary of up to 40k plus package and the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects with fantastic senior management staff to learn from.
