Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-structured and targeted English lessons primarily to Key Stage 4 students, with a focus on driving progress and raising attainment.
- Implement effective strategies for identifying and supporting students who require additional assistance in English at GCSE level.
- Contribute to the development of intervention programs and resources for KS4 English.
- Monitor student progress closely, analyzing data and implementing targeted interventions to address individual needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices in tracking progress and supporting students in KS4 English.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A relevant degree in English Language, Literature, or a related field.
- Significant experience teaching English at Key Stage 4 (GCSE) with a proven track record of raising student attainment.
- A strong understanding of assessment for learning, data analysis, and effective intervention strategies in GCSE English.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and data analysis skills.
