A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to manage all aspects of the service department in a proactive and effective manner. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring excellent operational and customer service standards at all times, health and safety compliance and overall management of the workshop team.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience of managing a workshop team, ideally within the hire industry or similar
  • Strong engineering background ideally with experience of working on generators or compressors
  • Good level of computer literacy and able to use a wide range of software, including Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workload and work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
  • Excellent understanding/experience of managing health and safety practices at work
  • Full driving licence is preferred
  • IOSH qualified
