The Role – IT Support Administrator
Duties will involve:
- 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Desk set ups, machine replacements, moves and changes
- Raising IT support tickets and ticket assignment
- Remote site support
Your Background – IT Support Administrator
To succeed in this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Background in 1st / 2nd line support
- Experience of hosted telephone systems
- Working knowledge of MS SQL and Office 365 administration
