Junior IT Support Engineer

Have you recently completed an IT degree/qualification and looking for your first career within the IT industry?We are looking in Southend- on- Sea for someone to do IT support alongside a UK based team.Ideally you will have some relevant experience besides your IT qualification.The role will include;-

• Desk setups, machine replacements, moves and changes
• Support all users alongside the UK IT team
• Southend site local IT support.
• Help maintain core system uptimes.
• Company asset administration.
• IT system and asset reports.
• Respond to support calls within current SLA's.
