Work is available for Cover Supervisors in secondary schools in the Southend on Seaarea on a part or full time basis. AsuccessfulCover Supervisor hasa passion for teaching, is confident and has strongbehaviour management skils.

You must have a minimum of a degree and some school-based experience, ideally ina Cover Supervisor role or similar postis preferred.

As a CoverSupervisoryou would need to:

-Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a Cover Supervisor or similar post
-Have recent and relevant experience in the UK showcasing your knowledge of the Secondary National Curriculum
-Be adaptable and flexiblein your approach to work as a Cover Supervisor
-Have excellent classroom management skills
