Assistant Block Property Manager
Location: Southend on Sea, Essex
Salary: Circa of £25k
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:00pm plus one Saturday per month working Hybrid 9-1pm.
Must be a driver due to nature of the role.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous basic experience working as a Property Manager is essential either Residential or Block, training will be given as required.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Our client is willing to support anyone wishing to do or continue with their IRPM (AIRPM).
- You must be a driver with a clean licence.
- Smart and presentable.
- Able to multi task and take responsibilty.
- Have a 'can do' attitude.
Duties:
- Assisting with managing a portfolio of properties.
- Working within a rapidly expanding department.
- Deailng with queries both internally and externally
- Reviewing leases, legislation and dealing with land registry documents
- Keeping up to date with Health & Safety laws
- Log and deal with maintenance requests
- Liaise with contractors
- Attend management meetings
- Property inspections
- Producing weekly reports
- Working alongside Accounts department
