Job Opportunity: KS3 & KS4 Learning Support Assistants (LSA)

Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex

Are you passionate about supporting the educational journey of young learners? We're seeking dedicated KS3 & KS4 Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to join our team in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. Our schools offer excellent learning environments and a supportive staff team, where you can make a real difference in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including individualised attention and assistance in the classroom.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Demonstrate a good sense of humour and patience in your interactions with students, fostering a supportive and engaging atmosphere.
  • Utilise excellent initiative to adapt to the needs of individual students and assist them in reaching their full potential.
  • Understand and cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students, ensuring all learners receive appropriate support.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of different children's needs and learning styles.
