Previous Support Worker experience is not necessary but we can’t do what we do without compassionate, empathetic and reliable staff. We realise the importance of personal development so offer a fully paid induction, an ongoing training programme and lots of internal progression opportunities.

£10.62 - £12.22 per hour (+£1 per hour enhancement for night shifts during the week and +£1.50 for nights at weekends)
