An opportunity has arisen to take on a leadership role of an extremely prestigious B&I site. You would be responsible for overseeing the retail staff dining for the office staff and hospitality events at site. You will be responsible for a team of 5 catering for on average 200 covers per day in the retail kitchen. The head chef role is very hands on, you will be leading from the front cooking with your team delivering a very refined menu for the office staff and hospitality events. You will have full autonomy over the menu to keep the offer current and full of flavour.
