Total Staff Services are currently recruiting a Full-Time Claims Handler on behalf of our client based in Southport. This is a full-time office based role with no option for hybrid working so candidates must be comfortable with this.


You will be joining one of the UK's fastest growing third party claims management provider therefore, the ideal candidate will have a background within this type of role as you'll predominantly be dealing with insurers, brokers and intermediaries nationally. You must have excellent customer service skills as well as experience within claim handing.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift.

Salary: 20,500 - 30,000 P/A with OTE 30,000 P/A.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing outstanding customer service experiences.
  • Dealing with the first notification of new claims from clients and working partners.
  • Regularly updating clients and working partners on claim progress.
  • Ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Communicating via telephone and email.

Requirements:

  • Dedication to providing customer service excellence.
  • Ability to build rapport with both internal and external team members.
  • Ability to manage your workload effectively and completing tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience within a similar role or industry.
  • English language proficiency.
