Position Overview:
The Practice Nurse will play a crucial role in providing excellent nursing care to patients. Working closely with the team of healthcare professionals, the Practice Nurse will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of individuals within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting patient assessments and delivering nursing care following best practices and clinical guidelines.
  • Assisting with chronic disease management, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.

  • Performing wound care, dressings, and minor surgical procedures.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC registration.
  • Proven experience working as a Practice Nurse in a primary care setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
