Are you a Health and Safety Advisor or similar with previous professional Health and Safety experience within a Social Care setting looking for a dynamic role where you will be providing H&S advice and guidance within a well-established company offering Hybrid working and a generous car allowance?

This well-established company offer high quality, person-led care and support for people with disabilities, mainly within the supported care industry and have been providing their services for over 25 years. They boast numerous sites across the UK and due to a coworker moving positions are looking for someone to join their team and take the role forward.

In this dynamic role you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on all aspects of Health and Safety as well as reviewing and updating Health and Safety policies and procedures alongside other general H&S tasks. You will conduct site visits to the companies properties to ensure requirements are being met with occasional overnight stays being required. You will work a Monday - Friday Hybrid role working from home, in office, and on site across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas.

This role would suit a Health and Safety Advisor or similar with previous professional Health and Safety experience within a Social Care setting who is in possession of their NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent and is looking for a varied role within a well-established company offering Hybrid working and a generous car allowance.

The Role:

• Provide Advice and guidance on all aspects of Health and Safety within a Social Care setting
• Review and update Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Visit properties across the group to ensure compliance and H&S requirements are being met with occasional overnight stays
• Monday - Friday Hybrid role with flexible working hours

The Person:

• Health and Safety Advisor or similar
• Professional Health and Safety experience within a Social Care setting
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
• Full drivers licence
